Ana Lucia Jardim
Change Artist
"You ask too many questions."

Ana Lucia teaches leaders how to make change feel like a dance instead of a drag. She does that through her keynote Dancing Through Change, where she performs live on stage with flamenco musicians and reveals the secrets to leading transformation with joy and ease, alongside stories of applying those successfully in her 20 year corporate career. She also teaches workshops on somatic intelligence for leaders who are tired of the same old leadership concepts and want a fresh, more immediate approach to transform the way they lead and live.
After 20 years in the corporate world, she realised that one of the biggest obstacles to real organisational change is that there is no joy. Management pushes, plans and controls, thinking this way they'll get the change they want. But it's impossible to manage change, because change is a living process. Just like a live flamenco performance, where there are no rehearsals, leadership is distributed, and we sense and respond in real time. Oh, and very important: perfect dancers leave everyone cold. It's the ugly dancers, passionate, spontaneous, imperfect, that transform the audience forever.
It's time we ditch the shackles of hierarchy and bureaucracy, and liberate the artist inside every leader.
