She founded The Talent Hunter in 2019 and has since trained 8,000+ recruiters across 100+ countries, five continents, and more time zones than her body has fully forgiven her for. She's a global keynote speaker, AI consultant, and talent sourcing strategist who still does the actual work. That last bit matters to her more than the title does.
